Coordinate the efforts of multidisciplinary delivery teams to ensure effective and timely product delivery on projects outside of the PAR level

Provide regular status updates to our senior business partners and ensure business direction is understood by all team members

Risk-based approach to project/program management

Develop expertise to answer corporate sponsor and constituent inquiries

Promptly escalate known issues and concerns to key stakeholders

Ensure IT staff have all the necessary resources to be successful and remove any roadblocks or distractions
